Our Team
Bryant Chou
Mountain View, CA
Bryant is a Bay Area native that cannot sit still. Between checking in code for Brainstorm and enjoying the company of his coworkers, he daydreams of his next travel destination and practices his golf swing.
Christian Tabing-Dalit
Mountain View, CA
Christian is a Northern California native who loves pondering about the future and taking walks in the park with his pet turtle.
Dan Jackson
Mountain View, CA
Dan’s two great lifelong passions are technology and baseball. He was introduced to both at a very young age and has been hooked ever since. He still continues to grow though textbooks and pick up games.
Jay Moody
Boston, MA
Jay managed innovation (using Brainstorm, of course) at a leading e-commerce company before joining the Brainstorm team. He advises Brainstorm clients on strategies for building high-engagement, high-delivery innovation environments. This advising requires a lot of listening – the big ears help. Jay is a native Texan and has a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science.
Keith Kerlan
Mountain View, CA
Keith is a homegrown Californian, and is thus confined by its borders lest he complain incessantly about the weather. He is a software developer by day and a good speller by night.
Kyle Kilat
Mountain View / San Francisco, CA
Kyle is a Bay Area guy, born and raised. When not trying to dream up exciting new Brainstorm features, he’s hopefully relaxing at a beach or lake, cheering on his favorite sports teams (Go Giants!), playing video games, or preparing for the zombie apocalypse.
Roy Rosin
Philadelphia, PA
Roy joined Intuit in prehistoric times to grow the Quicken business. In 2003 he moved back to Philly (ardent Phillies fan, but leaves the cheese steak eating to his kids), while taking on the role of leading innovation across Intuit. Good things happened, including Tad and Vlad developing Brainstorm. Seeing how it could accelerate outcomes from innovation programs, Roy jumped on board. His main contribution to the team so far is teaching the young guys the best places to eat around Palo Alto.
Tad Milbourn
Mountain View, CA
Tad is a Midwestern transplant to Silicon Valley. This simultaneously explains his love of technology and cheese. When not indulging in a gruyère grilled cheese sandwich, you can find him obsessing over Intuit Brainstorm.
Vlad Magdalin
Folsom, CA
A total lack of decisiveness during college resulted in Vlad earning a computer science degree with a concentration in the arts. That freaky combination helped him design and code the first version of Brainstorm from scratch, and he’s been at it ever since. His hobbies include playing hide-and-seek with his two daughters and trying to work in a bad joke about communism into every conversation.
